We offer a full refund or exchange for products within 7 days of delivery, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be in unused, unworn, and sellable condition, with all tags attached. Once the tags are removed, the product can no longer be returned.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange your purchased item for the same or a different item, subject to stock availability. Exchanges will be processed based on the product availability at the time of the request.
Pickup Service
We provide a pickup service for returns, which includes a maximum of 3 attempts by our delivery partner. If the pickup is canceled by the customer, a re-initiation fee of ₹150 will apply.

Quality Check
All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 working days once your return is received at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
